A:Expedited Shipping is $29.99 and Standard Shipping varies from $14.99 to $24.99 according to the shipping country.
Q: Which countries can you ship to?
A: We mainly deliver to North America and Australia/New Zealand. We do not deliver to any address in a country or region in which there is a war, conflict, or instability of any kind, or to places to which it is illegal for Snowshred to deliver to (for example when there is a trade embargo).
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service,but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

Any promotional gifts received must be included in the returned items,otherwise,the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

A good winter jacket
This jacket is awesome!! My dog insists on a long walk before bed and I was nice and warm the whole time. Very impressive. It looks nice too! You can't even see the reflective strips in the daylight so you won't look like a school crossing guard when you wear it during the day. You really can't tell the reflective strips are there until illuminated by a light at night. The zipper works really easily no catching on the fabric at all. Fits true to size. Happy with the purchase.

I like the fact that this jacket protected me from the snow and cold when I went to ski.The details are impeccable,.there is nothing to criticize because everything it's perfect; full jacket reflectivity, material inside and outside, the zippers, right size of the hoodie and is not heavy.

Great buy and great price! Has so many function pockets and fits as expected! I’m 5’3” and about 125lbs, a size small was perfect! Got so many compliments on my jacket as well. Don’t waste $200-$400 on a jacket when you can pick up one of these cuties for more than half the price!

Good quality, warm jacket!
I was a bit skeptical to order this being that there were only one review. I decided to just give it a shot and Im glad I did! The jacket is exactly as pictured. It has a lot of pockets and adjustable features. It is very warm and comfy. I got a size small and love it. The colors are cute too!
