A:Expedited Shipping is $29.99 and Standard Shipping varies from $14.99 to $24.99 according to the shipping country.
Q: Which countries can you ship to?
A: We mainly deliver to North America and Australia/New Zealand. We do not deliver to any address in a country or region in which there is a war, conflict, or instability of any kind, or to places to which it is illegal for Snowshred to deliver to (for example when there is a trade embargo).
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?
A: Yes, please contact our customer service,but note that we can't change the delivery address after the shipping was already processed.
Return Policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.snowshred.com, please send us your request within 14 days of delivery date, upto 20 days for holiday season, like national holiday.(For example, Order placed during the week before Christmas.)

To be eligible for a return/exchange,Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
When returning or exchanging items,Customers will be responsible for the charges of the return/exchange shipping.

I needed a jacket for a recent ski trip and decided to go with a budget option since I ski very rarely. This jacket was perfect - good quality, warm, comfortable, plenty of pockets, and high visibility. No need to spend $$$ on a fancy brand name ski jacket when something like this will do just fine!

Nice Zippers and fits as expected
It kept me warm all day. The zippers are good quality and it fit as expected. I dripped water on the sleeves, and it beaded up and rolled off. It was also a little windy and it kept the wind from me. Really nice looking jacket.
